Immediately upon delivery, carefully inspect your outer packaging for visual damage. If there is damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. Take comprehensive, digital photographs of both the delivery documents and the damages. Please proceed to Making a claim within 24 hours.
Within 48 hours, please open and inspect for any concealed damage that could have occurred leaving the packaging intact but damaging the product inside. If there is damage, please take comprehensive, digital photographs of the damages. Please proceed to Making a claim within the following 24 hours. (within a total of 72 hours after delivery)
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at Customer Service.
