Not all items are eligible for returns, and customers may be responsible for restocking fees or other fees associated with their return. Only products in “Like-New" condition will be eligible for returns. Customized items are NOT eligible for return. Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of delivery to the customer to be eligible for a refund.
“Like-New" condition is defined as:
- An undamaged item in the original unmarked packaging
- An item that has not been installed or modified
- An item that includes all additional parts, accessories, and instruction manuals
Initiate a Return:

Customer Service representative will review your request, create a case, and respond to any of your questions. Within 10 business days, you will receive a RA# or Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item in its original packaging
- Arrange and pay for shipping and pick up
- Ship the item within 10 business days of receipt of your Return Authorization Number
Once we receive and inspect the item for our ‘like-new’ compliance, you will have the option to receive a store credit with Your Home, Refurnished or be refunded your original purchase price, minus a 25% handling and restocking fee, via the same method your returned product was originally purchased.
Any failure to adhere to this policy, voids your eligibility for return.
